Organic Sausages
Our personal favourite festive organic sausages are our Pork Chipolatas and seasonal special Pork Cocktail Sausages. Our organic chipolata sausages are made using our very own farmhouse recipe, containing a higher meat content than most. Tucked in natural casings, these truly meaty sausages offer a rich pork flavour that is hard to beat. Completely gluten free with no artificial additives, these organic sausages make an ideal accomplice to our Smoked Steaky Bacon for full-sized pigs in blankets.
Fancy something a little more bite sized? Our just-for-Christmas organic cocktail sausages are also delightful when wrapped in organic bacon and served alongside a Christmas roast dinner. Half the size but still with that high meat content, these traditional pork cocktail sausages have the Eversfield Organic signature porky flavour. Try these little bites brushed with honey mustard glaze and cooked until crisp in the oven to impress dinner guests this festive season.

Unsmoked Cured Organic Gammon
Also dry cured on our Devon farm from happy, healthy, outdoor bred and reared pigs, our Unsmoked Cured Gammon is great for making your own hams from home. Traditionally butchered by our team of expert organic butchers, use your desired flavourings to create a show-stopping ham. Organic Hams
Take the fuss out of your meaty trimmings with our cooked Traditional Whole Ham or Traditional Ham Joint. Matured on the bone for a succulent and tender Christmas meat, available both boneless and on the bone. From entirely free range, outdoor bred and reared pigs fed and organic feed.
Honey Roast Whole Ham and Honey Roast Ham Joints are also available this Christmas, made much the same way as our Honey Smoked Streaky Bacon. Our honey roast organic hams are marinated and flash roasted with honey for the soft and sweet flavour, only improving the tenderness of the meat. Serve any of our hams as part of a Christmas nibbles platter or even choose as your Christmas centrepiece.
